Mike took the time to come by our condo a few months ago. He agreed to take on the remodel of our kitchen. He gave us a rough estimate of when this could be done, and the time it would take to complete the work. He returned more than once before starting to give us advice on all facets of the work he would perform. This was of crucial assistance. He allowed us to select the material, but at all times provided expert advice. Then he gave us a final estimate, to which he adhered. The first thing done was to remove the existing floor, and replace it with laminate. This was followed by removing and replacing all cabinets, counter-tops and backsplash. He also advised about and replaced appliances, stove, range and hood, dishwasher, faucet, and garbage disposal. Mike was totally competent with everything he did. He was neat and tidy, and always left the house that way when he finished for the day. He not only completed the job described, but performed numerous other improvements at his discretion. We could not be more happy with his work. We are delighted with our new kitchen. We give him the highest possible recommendation.
